This deluxe, contemporary holiday home combines complete relaxing appeal with a great beachside position. The fully- fences and private hideaway is the perfect retreat for families, couples or a getaway with close friends. Guests will love the easy walk to the Blairgowrie beach, coastal pathways and village with great cafes, restaurants, produce and gift shops.

This magnificat holiday house, spread over two levels contains two living areas, one with a fireplace, a large chefs kitchen, leading to a semi enclosed alfresco area with BBQ, TV and built in wine cooler.

Upstairs offers a private mater bedroom retreat with ensuite, dressing room and private balcony. Main living and entertaining is on this level

Downstairs there is Two further bedrooms, one queen and the other with a double bunk at entry level share a main bathroom with the second light filled living room.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

A double carport with a shady area for the kids to play table tennis and lots of grass space for them to run around. Children will love playing at the rear sloping fenced spacious and shady lawn area or the front lawn with a completely private, ti-tree lined fence, a fully sealed driveway, and gated entrance.

Fully air-conditioned and heated.

All linen and bath towels are provided and small pets are welcome, but please inquire first.

10-minute drive to award-winning vineyards & the peninsula hot springs.


Bedroom Configuration:

Bed 1: Upstairs - Master - King Bed, TV, DVD, Ensuite Bathroom and walk-in robe (sleeps 2)

Bed 2: Downstairs - Queen Bed (sleeps 2)

Bed 3: Downstairs - 1 x Triple bunk & trundle (sleeps 4)

Downstairs Living Room: Queen Sofa Bed (sleeps 2).

Plenty of parking.

We welcome guests that are happy to abide by the Mornington Peninsula laws for Holiday rentals. There is a no party policy at the house and at 11 pm you need to move inside. This is now council law.

Family groups and those over 27 years are welcome to use instant booking, all others please email us first letting us know your age range and the purpose of your stay.
