Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. A booking fee of $55 applies. Credit Card Fees - 1.01% Visa/MasterCard. Security bond required: $400 refundable cash deposit. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 21-14 days prior to arrival - one night's accommodation. Within 14 days prior to arrival - 100% of booking value. No shows - full tariff is charged. Guests who reduce the length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
