Directions
Turn onto Surf Beach Road Kianga from Dalmeny Drive. Turn left onto Kianga Pde. Continue for approximately 300metres and then turn left onto the laneway which is Viewhill Drive. The house is the last one on the right hand side - Blonde Brick exterior with a red roof.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Apartment is managed by S.B. Holiday Rentals and Tours Pty Ltd trading as Southbound Escapes Pty Ltd ABN 70 619 412 761 (“Southbound Escapes”).
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Full payment is due at time of booking.
In consideration of the rent paid by me, I agree as follows:
? To pay for any loss or damage to the property and its contents during my occupancy of
the property.
? That I will not make any claim against Southbound Escapes or the owner, for any
damages or loss to my goods or valuables during my occupancy of the property.
? To pay a replacement fee for any keys/remotes lost or not returned on the departure date.
? To leave the property in a clean and tidy state (Including the BBQ)
? To pay additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in a clean & tidy state.
? To abide by all the southbound Escapes Terms and Conditions (Detailed on our Website)
and acknowledge that those terms and conditions form part of the agreement.
? Agree to the disclosure of personal information to persons requiring the information in the
normal activities of maintaining the property on a day-to-day basis. (tradesmen;
housekeeping)
? Carters View House is strictly NO SMOKING not anywhere inside the property. We
reserve the right to ask guests to vacate the property immediately if it is found that guests
are smoking within the property..
? Pet Policy is upon request. We reserve the right to ask guests who bring pets into the house without owners approval to vacate immediately if pets damage stain carpets $500 fee will
apply for carpet cleaning or damages incurred.
? Parking is undercover in a secure double garage. Please make sure that you do not park in any
places that may block neighboring houses and their access.
? There is a strict No Party Policy at this property. Any person having a party will be asked to leave the house immediately
