Imagine holidaying in a wonderful modern beach house with a stunning resort-style backyard complete with solar heated pool and just a stone's throw to the ever-popular Shelley beach and the Portsea Village. Santorini is located in an established area however the house has been beautifully renovated. It is now a modern, quintessential Portsea experience! Experience a contemporary living, relaxing both internally and externally, in a private haven. Inside has been totally decked out with all the modern conveniences, whilst outside is a beautiful resort-style pool. The property is very private and gated to the street with a large timber fence providing security and privacy. The rear yard is the best place to simply hangout. A large deck is central to both the gorgeous new pool area and the internal living zone. The deck cascades to the paved pool area and surrounding garden. Santorini is a definite surprise package. For those who like to spend their time outdoors, the rear deck and pool area are fabulous! The outdoor living zone includes a large 10 seater alfresco/covered dining area plus a gorgeous outdoor modular lounge suite that basks in the sun, also has a market umbrella, and overlooks the pool. This is a superb area to entertain or simply bathe in the sun. Large cafe doors open into a family room area that features a large flat-screen TV and a new 3 seater black leather chaise lounge. The family room is open plan to the dining and kitchen area. The brand new kitchen finishes off this fabulous beach house. The impressive Caesar stone island bench and fully integrated kitchen will make cooking and entertaining a pleasure. If you really want to escape the activity, make your way through to the impressive lounge room with polished boards, a large sumptuous black leather lounge, and with an impressive plasma TV. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!

Bedroom 1 - the Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and brand new ensuite. Gorgeous french doors open onto the private deck at the rear of the property and overlooks the pool area.

Bedroom 2 - is configured with a Queen bed

Bedroom 3 - has 2 x Single beds and a Single Trundle bed (if required and ideally suited for children)

Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a central bathroom with a separate toilet.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled inside of 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A refundable security bond may be payable to the accommodation provider. If applicable the accommodation provider will contact you to advise. Upon making your booking you authorise the accommodation provider to contact you so they can arrange payment of any applicable security bond.
