Directions
Take Southern Outlet from Hobart and towards Kingston, then Kingston by pass towards Margate. Look for sign on left to Howden. Travel about 5 km, up a hill and we have a sign on the right "Brightwater Bed and Breakfast". Gate might be shut but not locked. Please park at top of drive, your accommodation is behind the small wooden boat on a stand with flowers in it.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment on booking.
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 95% refund.
Cancellations or modifications between 30 and 14 days before due arrival date 65% refund.
If cancelled or modified within 14 days or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
