Dromana's Beachside Hideaway - located 100 metres to the beach and a 4 minute stroll to cafes, shops and restaurants. Ditch the car for the holidays and walk, there's nothing better than not having to load the kids into the car to get to the beach. Tastefully decorated throughout, large air-conditioned living area with fireplace to ensure your comfort all year round. Set up to gather family or friends with three queen beds and one king bed. Air-con to bedrooms. Free wifi and linen.

What seems like a little cottage from the outside is anything but when you walk through the front door, large open plan living space, leading into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Down the hall way to the bedrooms and bathroom.
Large Air con unit located in the hallway that keeps the bedrooms cool on those barmy hot days.

Bedroom Two: Queen bed

Bedroom three: Queen Adult bunks

Outdoor dining area.
Fully fenced yard
Gated back yard and carport so you can bring the boat and jet ski and have them securely off the street.

Full bathroom with bath and seperate toilet.
Washing machine.

We welcome guests that are happy to abide by the Mornington Peninsula Laws for holiday lets. At 11pm you need to move inside the house so our neighbours aren't disturbed.

"If you are under the age of 27 years please email prior to booking with your age range and the purpose of our stay.
There is a strict no party policy at the house which means not loud music day or night.
At 11pm your guests need to move inside the house to abide by council laws and to protect our neighbours from noise.
Please read the house rules carefully because If you break any of the house rules you will be fined the total amount of your bond."
