Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Transfer of accommodation

Notice of cancellation is required minimum 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made before 7 days will be issued a refund less the cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of AUD $50.00 is incurred upon cancellation at any time.
Cancellations made after 7 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one-night’s accommodation rate.
Notice of transfer of accommodation is required 24-hours prior to arrival.
Additional guests incur a charge of AUD $50 per night for adults & AUD $30 for children under 12.
Management reserves the right to cancel or adjust bookings as deemed necessary.
