From Perth, stay on the Great Southern Highway, go over the Avon River bridge and keep going until reaching a T junction.Turn left at Panmure Road and The Grandhouse York is 300 metres on the right. From Northam, you are already on the correct road. We are on the corner of Panmure Road and Mount Street.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee is 10% of the accommodation total up to and including 8 days before the check in date. 100% of the first nights accomodation if booking is cancelled within 7 days of checkin date. Less than 7 days notification and "no show" will incur the full charge of the reservation
