PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is one night of accommodation and valid Credit Card details. Credit Card Fees apply - 3% Visa/MasterCard/Amex. Guests wishing to stay on Christmas Day will need to check-in prior to or on 24 December as no arrivals or departures are permitted on 25 December (Christmas Day). CANCELLATION TERMS: Within 30 days - deposit of one night’s tariff will be forfeited. Within 7 days or less - full cost of all nights forfeited.
A sixty day cancellation policy applies over Christmas and New Year. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
