The perfect base from which to explore the surrounding Margaret River Wine Region. We are located within some of our regions most pristine forests, beaches, wineries, galleries and natural attractions. Visit mazes, caves and bike or hike the nearby trails. We are happy to recommend our Adventure Tour operator partners who work within these majestic forests.

Our farm offers a natural setting with Forest National Park views and native wildlife.

Visit our Fireside Store & Kitchen. Open to guests on weekends for simple country café fare and catering.

A 6km drive south from Witchcliffe village along Bussell Hwy (opposite Sebbes Road).

Cancellation Policy

Check-in between 3pm-6pm and check out at 10am. Our Reception is open from 9am-5pm.

A minimum two night booking is required for all accommodation styles. Throughout Christmas and Easter Public holidays and major events within our Region our accommodation styles are subject to a 3 night minimum.

Full payment is required within 7 days of your arrival date. Non-refundable.

If your booking is cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date we regret that no refund is possible. If you choose to shorten your stay during this period or after your arrival you will be liable for the full payment of your stay.

Please be advised that our accommodation styles are not serviced during your stay however you may request a ‘tidy’ service when you stay more than 3 nights.
