Mirambeena, means welcome and you're invited to enjoy all the Hunter Valley has to offer from this brand new 5 bedroom home. Located along Hermitage Rd, this private location is close to fabulous cellar doors and restaurants and offers up to 12 guests, spacious, stylish accommodation with plenty of room to move.
Unwind at Mirambeena with the following bedding configuration:
Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed
Bedroom 5 - Queen bed
Queen sofa bed - rumpus room (available for 11 or more guests OR upon request)
The rear deck offers a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the views over the dam with a glass of the local produce. (Fun fact...both the front and rear decks of the property, along with some of the internal pieces have been milled and crafted on site from trees felled to build the home). Gather around the outdoor fire pit in winter or cosy up indoors by the combustion wood fire. Cook up a pizza in the wood-fired pizza oven, enjoy a summer-time BBQ with the gang or cool off with a refreshing swim in the pool. There's a games room with ping-pong table and a dart board to keep the kids (big and small) amused, plus a play room with smart TV. Perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway, Mirambeena is perfect for families or friends and great for concert-goers too, being located along the Rover Coaches concert route.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS AND VARIATIONS
1.1. Where a guest elects to cancel the booking any monies paid will be forfeited in lieu of the property being re-let for the same period.
1.2. Unwind Hunter Valley will make every reasonable effort to re-let the property within the given time frame and if successful will refund to the booking party all monies paid less an administration fee of $100.
1.3. If the number of guests reduce after the final payment is due which is 14 days before the date of occupancy then we will refund 50% of their payment provided the minimum weekend letting fee for the house for the agreed letting period is maintained. Any refund arising from reduction of guest numbers is subject to a $35 administration fee.
1.4. Unwind Hunter Valley do not refund any payments for guests who cancel or change their booking up to three days before arrival date.
1.5. Unwind Hunter Valley reserves the right to cancel any booking if we deem the group to be not suited to a particular property or if the booking is in breach of any of our Terms & Conditions.
1.6. Please note that if your booking is found to be in breach of our Terms & Conditions you may lose all monies paid to Unwind Hunter Valley.
