Moulton Park Estate has been refurbished to offer a classically inspired décor elegantly reflecting the rich heritage of this c. 1910 original hills property. Refined and stately in every detail you will be swept away to a bygone era where etiquette and grace were commonplace and sipping port around the piano seemed just good manners.

Nestled on 3 acres of established English gardens this luxurious homestead boasts a half tennis court and multiple private areas to picnic or simply laze under the shade of the trees.

French doors opening on to a sweeping verandah, picture windows and a light filled living room, complete with an open wood fire, allow you to either sit and enjoy the magnificent setting or relax and watch a movie on the 65 inch 3D HD television (with complimentary Stan streaming service).

The Homestead has three generous bedrooms, all with king sized beds that are adorned in the most exquisite linen. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a free standing clawfoot bath and the other bedrooms share a bathroom that includes a one person spa-bath and separate shower.

With an open plan dining and kitchen area, that lends itself to intimate entertaining and dinner parties, and a dining table that can comfortably seat 10, you will not want to leave the estate. And with additional accommodation on site - The Gatehouse and Keeper's Cottages (booked separately), you won't have to as your friends and family can all enjoy the time together.

PLEASE NOTE: The lighting of wood burning fires in properties will be prohibited from the beginning of the declared fire danger season (normally mid December) to the end of February. It is also prohibited on all days of Total Fire Ban at any time of the year. The collecting and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your property is strictly forbidden at anytime.
