Living & Dining

Stillwater is a terrific design with 2 distinct living zones and only 800m walk to either the front or back beaches. Also only a 15 minute walk to the Blairgowrie Village, with plenty of shops and cafes. The front zone of the house comprises an open lounge, dining for 10 guests, a brand new kitchen with a stone island bench and high ceilings. Flooring in this area is polished timber. The kitchen has stone benchtops, microwave, coffee machine, Miele dishwasher and cold water/ice fridge. There is also a large timber deck accessed by Bi-fold doors, with an outdoor table that seats 10 guests along with a 5 burner gas BBQ.

The rear section of the house comprises the other three bedrooms, lounge and rumpus area which has a 8 x 4 pool table, also a laundry & bathroom. There is a gas heater & ceiling fans, one in the lounge area and one in the master bedroom. There is also evaporated cooling through the back of the house which flows into the front area. The lounge & rumpus room area has durable polished concrete floors. Outside of this area there is another paved area accessed either through the front door or a rear door from the pool room.

There are 3 LCD tvs, one in the master bedroom, onein the forward living zone area and one in the back lounge area. There is also a DVD player & two music units.

The carport can fit 2 cars under cover and another two parked behind in the driveway. In the backyard there is a cubby house and a climbing apparatus for the children. The shed is not accessible to guests.

Bed & Bath

Stillwater has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 9 guests.

Bedroom 1 - the Master Suite is located at the front of the house and is complete with a Queen bed, ensuite, LCD TV & WIR with a sliding door to a private courtyard.

The other 3 bedrooms are located at the rear section of the house.

Bedroom 2 - includes a Queen Bed

Bedroom 3 - includes 2 x King Single Beds

Bedroom 4 - includes 1 x Set of Bunk Beds and 1 x Single Bed

There is also a central and very cool bathroom with a bath and shower.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled inside of 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A refundable security bond may be payable to the accommodation provider. If applicable the accommodation provider will contact you to advise. Upon making your booking you authorise the accommodation provider to contact you so they can arrange payment of any applicable security bond.
