    Cancellation Policy

    5.More than one months notice in writing of a cancellation is required in order to be refunded the payment. More than two months notice is required for peak season cancellations (late Dec/early January Easter and Festivals.) There will be no refund of the payment with less than one month’s notice (two month’s for peak seasons) of cancellation or part cancellation unless the apartment is fully rebooked for the dates you had booked. All refundable deposits are subject to a $50 administration fee.
