This spacious home is in a very quiet location opposite Kent Reserve and the beach. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area look out across the large front lawn to the sea. There is a second living area at the rear of the home with a pool table. This opens to the outdoor undercover entertaining area and fully fenced backyard, including a fire pit.
The master bedroom is at the front of the home and has views to the sea. The ensuite has a spa bath, shower, vanity and w.c. All the bedrooms have built-in robes. There is a second bathroom with shower, vanity and w.c.
Sleeps 8 – 1 queen bed,1 double, 4 single beds. Quilts and pillows provided, BYO linen. Nonsmoking.
Additional cleaning fee of $95 applies per stay.

Cancellations notified 30 days or less or more than 14 days prior to date will forfeit the full deposit unless the booking is transferred to another date.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit all monies paid if no other booking is received from another party for the time.
