Nestled in a pole home on Halorans Hill, Bluegum is sounded by developing ever-changing gardens, and rainforest all just minutes from Atherton's centre. Your hosts Matt and Margaret are the passionate new owners. They have a deep seeded love for nature and are excited to share this special place. Our vision? To create a "mini botanic gardens," as Matt says, for all to enjoy – a place already home to Boyd's Forest Dragons, Ulysses Butterflies, and Paddy Mellons to name but a few. Blue Gum is enhanced by minimal fences that creates a wildlife corridor for biodiversity to thrive in. Atherton Blue Gum is no motel. Our distinct rooms cater to business guests, tourists, and small families, with your comfort as our priority. We're always updating and love your feedback. It’s a place to work, rest, or play.
