• Cancellations*; more than 14 days out receive a refund. Less than 14 days out, all monies paid forfeited.

• Strictly no smoking inside the premises. If evidence of smoking is detected a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
• We realise accidents happen but any wilful damage will be charged to the guest.
• Strictly a NO PARTY policy.
• Keys; a fee of $100 will be charged for lost or unreturned keys. Please report lost keys immediately.
