Featuring four spacious luxury waterfront rooms and three spacious non waterfront rooms. All rooms offer queen size beds, apart from one king bed.
This coastal hideaway is located on the Clyde River in Batemans Bay, and has easy access to the promenade where you will find a selection of waterfront eateries that line the water.
Bay Breeze is so close to cafés and restaurants, attractions, national parks, unspoiled beaches. There’s plenty to do, but you may choose not to go anywhere, just let the river ebb and flow as relaxation washes over you.

Directions

Batemans Bay is an easy 4 hours drive south of Sydney and 2 hours drive from Canberra. Moruya Airport is 25 minutes away with daily flights to and from Sydney and Melbourne with REX Airlines.

Travelling south on the Princes highway turn left at the lights at the Visitors Information Centre. Proceed through two sets of lights and the motel is situated on the left immediately after the second set of lights.

Please note that all rooms will not be serviced daily unless requested during this Covid 19 timeframe.
Guests may contact reception if there is anything they may require.

Daily Rates are per room per night (2 persons)
Additional person per room (Adult/Child) - $50 per night.
Cot hire available - $30 per night.

The number of guests staying per room must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking confirmation. In the event that any additional persons stay in the room, an additional fee may be charged according to our rates and/or we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund.

WE ARE A SMOKE FREE ESTABLISHMENT. Smoking in our rooms and surrounds will not be tolerated. A penalty cleaning fee of $400 will be charged to the provided credit card if there is evidence that smoking has occurred.

Off street parking is available on site @ no charge. One car space is allocated per room. If an extra space is required contact reception so alternative arrangements can be made.

ROOM KEY/ELECTRICITY TAGS - In the event that the Room Key/Electricity Tag be misplaced upon check out and not returned to the property within 7 days - a $50 surcharge will be deducted from the provided credit card.

Gift Vouchers are available.

No Pets are allowed in the grounds or inside the accommodation.


HOUSE RULES
We enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy on any unruly, loud, illegal or offensive behaviour. Unauthorized parties, group gatherings & functions which have not been pre-approved by management (at the time of booking) are strictly prohibited. Should complaints be received, management reserves the right to remove guests & terminate the duration of their stay with NO REFUND given, or responsibility for finding alternative accommodation.
Extra charges will be incurred if the room is not left in a reasonable condition.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is required for the first night's accommodation to secure booking, and is charged to the provided credit card. The balance (for longer stays) is charged on the day of arrival.

We accept - CASH, EFTPOS, VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX 1.5%

DIRECT DEPOSIT - guests wishing to pay the balance by transfer of funds (via internet banking), should schedule payment 3 days prior to arrival to BSB 082-968 Ac 5855 73006 to ensure clear funds are received prior to check in.

Please Note - A VALID Credit Card is required to secure all bookings. If the provided credit card is deemed invalid at the time of booking - the booking will not be confirmed until this is received. Every endeavour will be made to contact the guest in the event of an invalid credit card, if we are unsuccessful, the booking will be cancelled without further notification.

All Peak and High Season bookings are required to be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival and a receipt of payment shall be emailed confirming the provided credit card has been charged.

In the event of a no-show, or if a booking is cancelled within our 7 day cancellation policy, or there are outstanding mini bar charges left unpaid - these will be charged to the provided credit card.

Minimum 4 night booking applies during Easter, 3 night booking during Long Weekends and Peak Season.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should a cancellation occur more than 7 days prior to arrival date, a full refund will be applied to the provided credit card. (Excluding the Credit Card Surcharge).

If for any reason a cancellation occurs on or within 7 days of arrival, the deposit may be held as a credit for use when booking a future stay according to management discretion. Please call reception direct to rebook and utilise credit.

For all group bookings, and bookings checking in during Peak Season a 30 day cancellation policy applies.

We reserve the right to charge the credit card as compensation for loss of revenue.
