Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 1 nights stay will apply to all reservations cancelled more than 28 days before arrival date. No refund for cancellations less than 28 days prior to arrival. PLUS any cancellation fees charged by the booking agent.

Cancellations up to 28 days prior to arrival will be refunded minus a night’s tariff cancellation fee.

No refunds are available from 28 days prior to arrival.

Sorry no refunds for no shows late arrivals early departures or inclement weather. No refunds for guests ejected from the park for contravening park rules. Charges may apply for any damage caused.

Accommodation

Chalets: All linen is provided. Accommodation is not serviced; linen change is provided on request.

We reserve the right to move guests to accommodation within the requested category on if necessary.

Prices are subject to change.
No fires are allowed in the park.

Maximum of 6 persons (family) and one vehicle and one tent OR caravan OR camper per site.

Pets are allowed at managers discretion only. Sorry no pets permitted during Christmas and New Year.
