100% of the first night may be charged anytime after booking. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified within 7 days of arrival or in case of no-show 100% of the first night will be charged. All communication to cancel must be by email. Persons cancelling are advised to request an email acknowledging cancellation.
