Blue Cliffs Retreat is a 20-acre property, located in a beautiful valley, surrounded by and overlooking Wombat State Forest, three kilometres north of Hepburn Springs on the road to Lavandula Lavender Farm.
Blue Cliffs Retreat consists of three beautifully designed luxury, self-contained, totally private villas consisting of Dusk, Dreaming and Hideaway Spa Villas. Each separate, open plan, contemporary, self-contained villa is especially designed for couples to get away in Silence, Space and Seclusion.
Relax with picturesque bush views from the romantic canopy beds, enjoy a spa baths (two with double deep spa baths and double saunas), or stoke a wood fire from your day bed that looks down the creek valley. Each villa includes kitchen, bed & bath supplies, with a late check out at 11:00am.

Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Blue Cliffs Retreat is Adults Only and does not include children, pets or visitors
Payment is either full amount at time of booking or 50% deposit with balance due 2 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation Fee is 100% of deposit if cancelled more than 7 days before scheduled arrival and 100% of amount if cancelled under 7 days before scheduled arrival.
LEAVE VILLA AS YOU FIND IT Great care has been taken to provide you with a beautiful break. We do not charge a deposit; however, it is expected for reasons of cleanliness, insects, courtesy that 1) all rubbish will be bagged and put in outside bin by the villa 2) All dishes are wash, dried and placed back on shelves 3) BBQ is cleaned for the next guests. If left, each of these will incur an extra $25 cleaning fee.
Bed Linen - If bed linen is stained with food, wine, coffee, etc, we will charge you for the damage.
SPA BATHS PLEASE DO NOT add anything to the spa baths. BATH BOMBS ARE NOT ALLOWED. We recycle water that goes onto our trees and plants. Any additives to the water is not good for the trees and damage the jets in the spa bath. Thank you. It takes a plumber at least two hours to flush out the system and you will be charged $400 for that expense (roughly $85 per hour until the jets are clear - usually take 3-4 hours), plus the cost of the water needed to do multiple flushes through the jets.
Country Property Considerations You are coming to a 20 acre country property surrounded by the bush and the Wombat State Forest. We take every care in eliminating insects but if you do see an insect (alive or dead) please do what you would do at home. This may seem like a strange request but we have had guests who wanted to depart because of seeing an insect. You are welcome to depart but you will not receive a refund and please do not call either the owners or villa carers on such occasions.
Problems or Complaints In the case of any problem or complaint, you must, in the first instance, inform by phone and/or text, our Villa Carer at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible, and you must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property. Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.
