PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value plus $60 property manager fee. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.Security bond required: $600 refundable cash deposit. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. If cancelled outside of 30 days prior to arrival refund of deposit. $60 property manager fee is not refundable. 30 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of booking value. Changes & No Shows are treated as cancellations. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
