The Boathouse Apartments offer two and three bedroom luxury apartments with private balconies overlooking the Port of Airlie Marina, with stunning views of the Coral Sea. Each apartment offers two bathrooms, lounge and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and gas stovetop. Included in the laundry is a washing machine and air dryer.
Set in luscious landscaping with plenty of places to rest, relax and unwind; including a resort style swimming pool, heated hot tub, full sized tennis court and BBQ facilities. With easy access to: restaurants, breakfast café, day spa, specialty retail shopping and a hair salon onsite.
The even terrain makes walking to destinations a breeze from The Boathouse Apartments. Our location is perfect for all guests. We are a short stroll to Boathaven family beach, the children's playground and the centre of Airlie Beach for all your entertainment and dining needs.
Free on-site secure parking is available and arranging a variety of day trips and activities including tours of the Whitsunday Islands and Great Barrier Reef is stress-free, with our tour desk onsite.

Proserpine is located 20 minutes west of Airlie Beach and is accessible by road.

Cancellation Policy

Reception open 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week.

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the booking fee.

Cancellations prior to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.

Peak period and special events payment and cancellation 30 days prior to arrival

All room reservations require the registered guest to be 18 years or older with a valid credit card in his or her name. The hotel reserves the right to refuse a check-in if these conditions are not met.

The Boathouse Apartments require a credit card and reserves the right to hold the card as security of the booking for any damages caused by guests during the booking. Any damage to the property or its contents, or apartments left in excessive untidiness; a fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file.

The maximum number of extra beds and cots allowed is dependent on the room you choose. Only the registered number of guests may occupy the apartment between 9:00 pm and 8.00am.

Smoking is not allowed. All apartments, including the balconies and common areas within The Boathouse precinct are non – smoking. Cleaning charges will apply.

Parties/events are not allowed. Noise must be always kept to a reasonable level.

Guests must be quiet between 21:00 and 08:00.

Please report accidental damage to reception to determine applicable charges and to allow for such damage to be rectified prior to the next guest's arrival.

Management reserves the right to ask any guest or visitor to depart the property, at any time necessary.

Management will immediately notify the police of any suspicious or illicit activities.

Closed circuit TV cameras are in use around the Resort and in the lifts and are monitored to ensure adherence to these policies.

Scooters, skateboards, hover boards and the like, are not permitted to be ridden on any walkway or pathway within The Boathouse precinct.
