3 Kings B&B is in the heart of the thriving village of Yarra Junction adjacent to the popular Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail. It is perfectly positioned to explore over 30 boutique and named wineries in the Yarra Valley area. Or within 10 minutes drive is Warburton, which is at the base of Mt Donna Buang; ideal for winter snowplay and its beautiful Rainforest Boardwalk. The Warburton area is also well known for its cafes and quirky shops. Further along the Warburton Hwy is the Upper Yarra Dam which feeds Melbourne’s water supply, and is great for Picnics and barbeques. The Healesville area is also within 20 minutes of 3 Kings B&B for sites such as Maroondah Reservoir, Healesville Wildlife Sanctuary and the magnificent Black Spur drive through towering Mountain Ash forests with gullies carpeted with tree ferns.

Our luxury units are brand new and are built to five star energy rating standards. They feature double glazed windows for full sound and heat insulation and energy efficient light globes. Unit 1 is set at the front of the property with a pretty Cottage garden surrounding it. It has a ramp for easy access in and out of the property.

Unit 2 is nestled in amongst some native plants and trees with a ramp access. It has a great feeling of privacy.

Unit 3 is the most elevated unit with beautiful views across to the mountains. It has Merbu stairs for access.
