Reservations & Cancellations

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-outs incur additional fees.

• After-hours check-in must be arranged with reception before 5:00 PM.

Deposits & Payments

• A deposit for the first night is required at the time of booking.

• Full payment is required upon arrival.

• Guests must provide a valid credit card at check-in. If no card is available, a $300 refundable cash bond is required.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 14+ days before arrival: Deposit refunded minus a $30 administration fee.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

• No refund will be given for shortened stays.

• Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in the full reservation amount being charged.

Minimum & Maximum Stay

• Minimum night stay requirements may apply during peak periods and major events.

• Maximum stay is 30 consecutive days, unless approved in writing by management.

Park Rules & Policies

General Rules

• Speed limit: Strictly 5 KPH throughout the park.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please minimize noise during these hours.

• Guests must respect other patrons and park facilities.

• Any damage caused by a guest or visitor may result in eviction without refund and charges for damages.

• Facilities and amenities are for registered guests only. Visitors may use them with prior approval from management.

Visitors & Parking

• Visitors must sign in at reception and park outside the park.

• Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.

• Where possible, vehicles must be reversed into sites for a safer exit in emergencies.

• No vehicle washing, repairs, or maintenance is allowed on-site.
