Amamoor Lodge provides quiet and relaxing accomodation where you’ll enjoy fine country hospitality. Perfectly situated to explore the natural beauty of the area – hiking, riding or driving – or perhaps just hanging around the Lodge doing nothing more than enjoying the tranquillity.
Amamoor Lodge is perfect for individuals, couples, business travellers and small groups.
The Lodge is AAA 4.5 star hosted accommodation with a choice of three suites, Grevillea, Callistemon and Banksia. All have access to the wide verandahs and the communal lounge area. Bed and Breakfast in the Lodge is an indulgent stay and includes a full breakfast including cereals, breads, local jams & honey, fresh fruit and yoghurt as well as a scrumptious cooked dish.
An additional five self-catering studios are ideal for those who need their own space and comforts. Amamoor Lodge Studios are a sanctuary to escape, a place to catch up with family and friends, or a hub for weekend adventures. Catering for both corporate and leisure travellers, our studio are spacious, comfortable and quiet. Guests can relax in beautifully appointed studios with either king bed or twin singles.
Nestled on 50 acres and between magnificent mountain ranges in Mary Valley Country, the property offers two styles of accommodation for singles, couples and small groups; traditional Bed and Breakfast in the Lodge or self-contained apartments with continental breakfast.
On the property you can swim in the lagoon style pool and relax in the spa. Discover the true Aussie bush by taking a stroll to the waterhole and through the rain forest. Keep an eye out for wallabies, koalas, echidnas, possums and the many varieties of native birdlife. After dark, wonder at the stars in the clear night skies.
The property is not suitable for children under 16.

From the South
Follow the Bruce Hwy and turn off at Jct 253 (Mary Valley Link Rd). At the roundabout turn left and follow the signs to Amamoor. Go through the next roundabout and drive till you reach Mary Valley Way. Turn right onto Mary Valley Way. After 1km turn left into Blackgate Road. When you reach the 'Y' junction bare left and follow for 1km. Amamoor Lodge is on the left with a windmill at the gate.
From the north
Follow the Bruce Hwy through Gympie. Soon after the Bruce Highway filters into 1 lane, take the Kandanga exit. At the junction turn right onto Mary Valley Way crossing over the Bruce Hwy. Drive for approximately 15 kilometres and turn right into Blackgate Road. When you reach the 'Y' Junction bare left and follow for 1 kilometre. Amamoor Lodge is on the left with a windmill at the gate.
