From the airport:
The Frankston bus leaves in front of the International Terminal. (Green and white coach). Base has tied a deal with Frankston & Penninsula Airport Bus to drop you off directly at our St Kilda location. Call us to book, and we'll tell you how. 1800 24 BASE
From the city
Southern Cross station
Once you have arrived at Southern Cross station, jump on tram number 96 to St Kilda Beach, get off the tram at the St Kilda Beach and Luna Park stop opposite McDonalds. Ask the driver to tell you when to get off. Once you’re off the tram it is a short stroll up Carlisle St to the hostel.

Flinders Street station

Catch the No. 16 tram from Flinders St Station, get off the tram at the St Kilda Beach and Luna Park stop opposite the McDonalds. Ask the driver to tell you when to get off. Once your off the tram its is a short stroll up Carlisle St to the hostel.

By Car

Enter Melbourne city via the City link or Princes Freeway, travel along the freeway until you reach the Kings Way exit, turn left into Kings Way and continue along this road until it becomes Queens Rd, follow the signs to St Kilda, turn right into Fitzroy St, travel down Fitzroy St, turn left onto the esplanade follow the road around to Carlisle St and look out for the big red building on your right. (Basement car parking is available - $10 per day) subject to availability.
