PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit Card Fees apply - 2% Visa/MasterCard. Refundable $2000 security bond required. CANCELLATION TERMS: This operator has a NO REFUNDS policy. If accommodation is re-booked for the same dates (or any part of the original booking) a credit voucher for the corresponding amount less a 20% (plus GST) administration fee will be issued. This non-cash credit amount can be used to book any accommodation offered by this operator within 12 months of cancellation. Changes inside of 90 days are treated as a cancellation. OTHER TERMS: This operator requires at least one guest to be over the age of 28 to book this property. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
