Cancellation Policy
An accommodation booking is only valid for the number of persons stated on the confirmed booking itinerary.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to confirm reservations made more than 7 days before the date of arrival, with the balance payable 7 days before arrival. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
If the booking is cancelled 0-7 days before arrival, the total amount will be forfeited, unless the property is rebooked for the same period, in which case the total amount will be refunded, less a $25 administration fee.
If the booking is cancelled 7- 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited, unless the property is rebooked for the same period, in which case the deposit will be refunded, less a $25 administration fee.
If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
