Directions
From 'Visitors Centre' located in York Street, follow Marine Drive around to Middleton beach front round-about, right into Flinders Parade, then left into Barnett Street for entrance and underground parking.
Cancellation Policy
50% deposit payable at time of booking.
If cancellation occurs within 3 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 2 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. If cancellation occurs when occupied there is no refund unless operator suggests otherwise.
CHECK OUT DETAILS;
If reported that items such as toilet paper cleaning products tissues supplies etc are taken upon check out a fee of $50 shall be applied to the customer's credit card supplied.
CLEANING FEE
Should the apartment be left in an unacceptable condition and require extra cleaning upon check out a fee of $150 shall be applied to the customer' credit card supplied.
