PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit is 50% of total booking value. Final balance due at 60 days prior to arrival. A $2 000 cash bond is payable in advance via EFT in addition to $1 000 held as a credit card pre-authorisation bond. Credit Card Fees apply - 4% Amex & 3% Visa/MasterCard. Cancellation Terms - Low Season: 0 to 30 days before arrival - No refund or changes. 31 days or more before arrival - Full Refund less Admin cost (AUD$250). High Season (December January & School Holidays): 0 to 60 days before arrival - No refund or changes. 61 days or more before arrival - Refund of 50% of deposit amount. This property has a zero party policy. Full guest list must be provided. Max guest numbers not to be exceeded. Your bond is forfeited upon breach of Operators terms & conditions. There is a 14 night minimum stay requirement for bookings that include both Christmas and New Year. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
