Perched ontop of the vineyard lake, these self contained villas have quality appointments throughout will ensure your stay is an experience of comfort and relaxation. The open plan living and full kitchen, which spills out onto your own private balcony over the lake, creates a feeling of spaciousness and warmth. Amenities such as your own laundry and walk in robe ensure your practical needs are met.

Nestled at the foot of Red Hill, Crittenden Estate is an hour’s drive from Melbourne and just minutes from some of the Peninsula’s finest beaches. Surrounded by wineries and food destinations the Peninsula is fast becoming known for its culinary delights. Other activities, such as bush walking and galleries, allow your stay to be as active or restful as you would like.

Because Lakeside Villas are family owned and operated we offer the personal services of a small establishment without compromising on the necessary luxuries. We will assist with any specific requests wherever we can; our aim is to ensure your stay on the Peninsula is as pleasant and relaxing as possible.

•Stillwater Restaurant is open for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday and Friday and Saturday evenings. Bookings in the evenings and for Sunday lunch are essential, (03) 5981 9555.
•Taste our full range of wines at Crittenden Cellar Door between the hours of 11am and 4pm daily.
•Lakeside walk – water birds etc along the boardwalk through Melaleucas and ferns.

Please be aware that the property is a working vineyard with cellar door and restaurant facilities attached. We do our utmost to ensure you will not be inconvenienced by vineyard activities.

Mel Ref: 160 K5 From the Mornington Peninsula Fwy take the Red Hill exit to Nepean Hwy. Continue along and turn left at the round-about into White Hills Road and imediate left into Dunns Creek Road. Harrisons Road is the first street on the right hand side. Lakeside Villas At Crittenden Estate are approx 500 metres on the left hand side.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a credit card held on file as a bond or a cash bond of $750.

Cancellation Policy-
- 25% of total tariff is non refundable once booking has been confirmed.
- Cancelling 15 - 30 days prior to arrival date 50% of total tariff will be retained.
- Cancelling within 14 days of arrival date full amount is non-refundable.
- Cancelling on Public Holiday weekends school holidays or from 25 Dec - 31 Jan: full amount is non refundable.

We appreciate that most guests will respect our property, however we must state the following conditions:
- By making a booking you agree to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions as they stand now.

- Guests authorise Lakeside Villas to charge all amounts agreed upon to their credit card. Your credit card acts as our property bond.

- Payments made by credit card may incur a surcharge as per our booking platform.

- The Villas are accessed via a 4-digit security pin number. Access details will not be provided until the Total Balance has been paid in full. You MUST bring this pin-code to gain access to the Villa. There is no guarantee that someone will be contactable upon arrival.

- The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation notice, fees will apply.

- The Villas may not be used for functions, parties or events and all bookings are for personal use only and are non-transferrable. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.

- Departure: the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.30am at the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for next guests.

- The owner reserves the right to use existing payment facilities to compensate for Damage, Theft and loss, or any excess cleaning costs or costs incurred as a result of the tenants actions. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental or compensation for the aggrieved party.
