The Margaret River B&B is set in a peaceful forest only 5 minutes from the town or beach. Specially designed as a 4.5 Star luxury hosted bed and breakfast guesthouse, you will find all the creature comforts that you desire

* Guest wing of four luxury suites coming off a common guest lounge. Each room has an additional private entrance opening to your own courtyard with outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your coffee and the forest outlook

* Spacious bedrooms with a heavenly king bed and extra cushions to prop yourself up and watch the TV or read that book you cannot put down

* Large en-suite with spa-bath/Jacuzzi designed for two will massage your aches while you sip a glass of bubbly and gaze out at the peaceful forest

* En-suite also has a separate large shower and a separate closed toilet

* Each room has an LCD TV connected to the internet so you can stream your favourite programs.

* Tea and coffee and a mini-fridge

* A spacious common guest-only lounge/dining room with gas log fire. A Google speaker, books and games to while away the hours and the lounge opens out to an alfresco area set in the forest

Set in the heart of Margaret River in 9 acres of native forest with an understory of grasstrees and snottygobble. The forest abounds with seasonal wildflowers including trigger plants and orchids. Kangaroos are often seen on the lawns and many birds live and pass through the forest.

Walking / cycle trails lead to the mouth of the Margaret River (5km) and to the town (5km) or just wander through the bush taking in the natural environment. A beautiful secluded picnic and canoe launch spot on the banks of the Margaret River is only 3km away.

Cancellation Policy

Preferred check in any time after 3pm. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified within 3 days of arrival or in case of no-show 100% of the first night will be charged and 100% of the second night if the booking is over a weekend. Any fee charged by the booking agent for the cancellation will be charged back to the guest.

Margaret River is an easy 3hr drive from Perth via Bunbury and Busselton. But you can also come via Nannup or Pemberton. Our preferred check in is any time after 3 PM so we suggest you enjoy the journey and take it easy getting here and enjoy the many attractions along the way.
We recommend that you ignore your GPS and go direct into the town and then on to us. Once in the town, turn west into Wallcliffe Road at the top of the main street. This is the road taking you to the famous surf beaches about 10km away at Prevelly, the river mouth and Gnarabup. Wallcliffe Road intersects Caves Road at a T junction 5km west of the town. Turn Right into Caves Road. Go north along Caves Road for only 400m where you will see Loaring Place on the right. The Margaret River B&B is the only driveway on the left and there is plenty of parking.
If coming via Caves Road, you will find it is a magnificent tourist drive. It goes south from Dunsborough all the way to Augusta through the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region. You can pick up a free map of the region at the Busselton Jetty or online from https://b.link/tkr4rk. Cape Naturaliste, Sugarloaf Rock, Canal Rocks, Indjidup, Gabriel Chocolate, Bettenay Nougat, Olio Bello and Gracetown are just some of the places that we think you will enjoy. Of course, there are many wineries and quite a few breweries and other attractions you can visit as well. If coming from Pemberton, then Cape Leeuwin, Jewel Cave, Hamelin Bay, Boranup Lookout are well worth visiting if you have time.
