Office hours: 8.30am–5.00pm Mon-Sat & 8.30-3pm Sun. If your arrival is after 5pm Mon - Sat or 3pm Sunday please call reception before 2pm on the day of arrival to make after hours key arrangements. We do NOT have 24 hour reception.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 15 days (30 days for School Holiday & Long Weekends) or more prior to your arrival, you will be refunded the full amount paid less $25 administration fee.
If you cancel 14 days (30 days for School Holiday & Long Weekends) or less you will forfeit the full amount paid.
We are more than happy to change your dates subject to availability.
