Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS:
• Short cancellation (with 28 days of stay) no-refund with deposit credit held over for a future
booking to be used within twelve months without penalty
• If greater than 28 days notice of cancellation is given a refund of the deposit less handling fee of
$20 or the full deposit may be held over for a future booking within twelve months.
