The iconic Riverboat Postman, the last remaining mail boat run in Australia, departs every week day (Monday to Friday) from Brooklyn, less than an hour north of Sydney on a direct train from Sydney Central. The cruise departs at 10am from the public wharf beside the Hawkesbury River train station and includes morning tea and lunch on board as we deliver the mail and other essentials to the water-access-only settlements upriver from Brooklyn.

Brooklyn is accessible by direct train from Sydney Central station - our train station is called Hawkesbury River - and connecting trains leave at 8:15 and 8:45 to arrive in time for our 10am departure.
