PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment due at time of booking. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. Bookings from Sunday to Thursday can be changed up to 24 hours from check-in time. Friday and Saturday bookings can only be changed 10 days prior to the date of arrival. If we manage to re-book the villa a refund will be provided less $25 administration fee. If not the full payment will be retained. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
