General rate plans:
Ocean Pacific Resort does not charge any fees for transactions made by credit or debit cards for Mastercard or Visa. A 2.95% surcharge applies to guests making payment by American Express Card. To secure a booking in LOW and MID Season a deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking - Final payment will be processed 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise stated. To secure a booking in HIGH Season a deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking - Final payment will be processed 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise stated. Cancellation Policy for General Rate Plans:
Low/Mid Season • Full refund if cancelled or amended more than 7 days prior to arrival. • No refund if cancelled or amended 7 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no show High Season (24 December 2018 - 11 January 2019 29 March 2019 - 7 April 2019 24 Dec 2019 - 10 Jan 2020) • Full refund if cancelled or amended more than 30 days prior to arrival. • No refund if cancelled or amended 30 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no show.
