Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply. 30 days or less - deposit will be refunded only if the villa is re-booked. Within 14 days or less - the full balance will be refunded only if the villa can be re-booked at short notice. In the event that the rate has to be discounted in order to be re-booked then that discount will be deducted from your refund. All cancellations must be in writing and will incur an administration fee of $50. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
