Tours Tasmania operate Active Day Tours and the BIG 3 Tasmania Tours with departures from Hobart and Launceston. We are locally owned and operated and have been providing amazing tours and experiences to our Tasmanian guests since 2006. We are small enough to provide personal & flexible service yet large enough to cater to all varieties of tour and travel requests. We specialise in full day, active day tours. We bring together the experiences of nature, amazing short walks, wildlife, history and culture into our great value, quality day tours. We operate with small groups and cover all the must see destinations on the island. All of our walks are fully guided with natural environment interpretations delivered by our expert Tour Guides. With small details such as hotel pick-ups, multi tour discounts and flexible lunch options we provide an easy travel experience to our guests. For customers short on time but in need of a big experience we offer our seamless BIG 3 Tasmania Tour covering Cradle Mountain, Wineglass Bay & Port Arthur in just 3 days. We offer a program for Cruise Ship guests, we arrange bespoke itineraries for private groups & families. Our professionalism, quality products and amazing staff have everything covered to bring you the very best of Tasmanian day tour experiences.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your tour booking or change your travel date, please notify our Reservations team via email at bookings@tourstas.com.au. The timestamp on your email will determine the effective time of cancellation and the applicable fees.
Cancellation Fees:
•Cancellations made within 48 hours of tour departure or no-shows:
– 100% cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be issued.
•Cancellations made more than 48 hours before tour departure:
– Full refund of tour fees.
Date Changes:
Requests to change your tour date are subject to the same cancellation policy.
– Within 48 hours of departure: Treated as a cancellation; 100% fee applies.
– More than 48 hours in advance: Change may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Changes requested within 48 hours may be considered at management’s discretion, but are not guaranteed.
Important Notes:
•If you arrive late or are not present at your confirmed pickup location, this will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
•The cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
•We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness or travel disruptions, as we do not accept liability for changes to your plans outside our control.
