Western Queensland Spirit Distillery & Cellar Door

Western Queensland Spirit is Outback Queensland's first and only distillery.
Our beautiful distillery and cellar door is located on a 55 acre former grape farm just 10 minutes west of Roma.
Guests can enjoy tastings, cocktails, grazing platters as well as a full tapas style menu on the weekend. Pull up a seat or a bean bag and enjoy a Western Queensland sunset, see the botanical producing plants all around you or play lawn games. For families we also have a supersized sandpit perfect for the little ones.

Once a month we also offer a guided gin blending masterclass with our distiller culminating in guests taking home a bottle of their very own one-of-a-kind gin!
