A deposit of $50 is required at time of booking. Deposits for bookings will be refunded if 24 hours notice of cancellation is given. Balance of tariff to be paid on arrival. All pricing is for room only and does not include Breakfast. All rooms are non smoking and no open cooking. You will be liable for cleaning costs if you smoke or cook in the rooms. 2 night minimum on Long Weekends
