Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Day Tours
The following cancellation fees apply per booking:

15 or more days before departure: No cancellation fee
7–14 days before departure: 25% of the tour price forfeited
3–6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price forfeited
2 days or less before departure: 100% of the tour price forfeited

Tour & Accommodation Package Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation:

30–60 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee (deposit)
15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days before departure, or early departure during the tour: 100% cancellation fee

Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, Coonawarra Experiences may consider alternative arrangements at its discretion upon request.
