PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 30% of total booking value. Balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. Operator Booking Fee applies - $35. Credit Card Fee applies - 1.4% Visa/MasterCard. Security bond required: $1500-$2000 (confirmed upon confirmation) credit card authorisation or refundable cash deposit. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 29-120 days prior to arrival - loss of all money paid unless the property is re-let for the same period and similar amount. A $100 cancellation fee applies if the property is re-let. Guest can elect to move the booking to a later date (within the following 3 months of the original arrival date) at the same property only. 28 days or less - no refund. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
