Coolwaters Holiday Village is on the Scenic Highway between Yeppoon and Emu Park. Coolwaters has the spectacular Kinka Beach at the front and natural bush walks at the back, all set on the banks of the beautiful Causeway Lake.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will not be charged.

Where bookings are cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival an amount equaling 50% of the total accommodation will be charged. No shows will be charged 100% of the total accommodation.

Bookings can be moved, however prices may change depending on the new booking period and amendment fees may apply.

As you approach Yeppoon, take the Emu Park exit to the right from the second roundabout. Cross over the Ross Creek Bridge and continue south for approximately 10 kilometres. Once you cross the Causeway lake bridge, Cool Waters Holiday Village will be on your right waiting to provide you with the perfect holiday on the Capricorn Coast.
