Cancellation Policy
Due to a minimum number of passengers required to confirm a tour once payment has been received refunds are unavailable for cancellations. However we will gladly reschedule you for another available tour or offer a gift voucher that can be used to book a tour upto 365 days later. Within 48 hours of tour departure cancellations refunds or rescheduling are unavailable. If Drink Tasmania must cancel a tour a full refund will be given to ticket holders.
