Edgewater Terraces at Metung
Enjoy our beautiful waterside location on the Gippsland Lakes. Edgewater Terraces at Metung gives you your private oasis with the ambience of a small village, surrounded by sailing and fishing boats bobbing gently at their moorings. Sit by the log fire and read a book or wander in to Metung Village along the boardwalk. There are plenty of activities in the local area. You can take a yacht cruise, hire a boat, dine in at the nearby restaurants or the waterfront hotel. Visit the surrounding areas and one of the many galleries, explore wineries and food trails or spot the dolphins feeding in the bay. You don't have to do anything or go anywhere, just enjoy the tranquility and peaceful setting with the abundance of wildlife at your doorstep. The resort is set on a hillside and looks down onto Chinaman’s Creek. Tall gum trees that rise out of the garden setting boast a rich variety of birdlife.
13 Terraces offer a family friendly lifestyle with room for boats and a private marina for mooring.
All Kitchens have a full electric oven with ceramic cook top, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. We offer flat screen TV’s and DVD’s. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and clothes airer, truly a home away from home.
All Terraces are fully self contained and extremely well equipped. All linen and toweling is provided. The upstairs bedrooms open out on to a balcony as does the living room downstairs allowing guests the opportunity to take in the seaside and bushland atmosphere.
Edgewater Terraces guests have full use of a salt water, solar heated pool, an enclosed indoor heated spa and a children's playground within the large grounds. There are 2 communal BBQ's and all Terraces have their own BBQ. Our guests also have complimentary use of the nearby Metung tennis courts. Kings Cove Golf course is just a short drive.

Our low season tariffs apply between end of January to December and our high season tariffs apply to Christmas January School Holidays Easter and Long Weekends.
For bookings during end of January to December (except for Christmas January School Holidays and Easter) a deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation is required to confirm your booking and the balance is payable on arrival. Cancellations made 48hrs or more prior to arrival date receive full refund less $50 admin fee and for cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance the confirmation deposit will be forfeited unless the Terrace House is re-booked (then only $50 admin fee applies).
For bookings during Christmas, January School Holidays and Easter a deposit equivalent to two night’s accommodation is required to confirm your booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes to bookings made 14 days or more prior to arrival date receive full refund less $50 admin fee and for cancellations or changes to bookings made less than 14 days in advance no refund will be given unless the Terrace House is re-booked (then only $50 admin fee applies).
