The new property development has been approved for 143 Surf Pde, Broadbeach which is east of Encore Broadbeach. Work has begun on the site, however, Encore Broadbeach has not been provided with details regarding the building schedule.

Cancellation Policy

NO PARTIES: ZERO TOLERANCE. Encore Broadbeach enforces a strict NO PARTY POLICY which must be agreed to and signed upon check-in. Any guests found to be in breach of the policy may face a non-refundable eviction 24/7. Encore Broadbeach reserves the right to evict PARTIES or LARGE GATHERINGS.

STRICTLY NO BUCKS, HENS OR SIMILAR BOOKINGS ACCEPTED. Encore reserves the right to terminate without notice and bookings believed to be for bucks, hens or similar. Groups may be turned away at check in.

NO SMOKING: Encore enforces a $500 NO SMOKING fine throughout the entire property including on all private balconies.

COVID-19: When staying at Encore Broadbeach guests must abide by the latest Health Directives from the QLD Government and QLD Health Department including but not limited to checking in with QR codes wearing masks in common areas and practising safe social distance.

PAYMENT: 1st night non-refundable deposit processed 7 days prior to arrival with the full balance due on check in. If deposit declines we will attempt to contact you for 24hrs thereafter the reservation will be cancelled. The card used for the balance payment and preauthorisation must be presented on check-in by the cardholder. Visa/MasterCard & Amex incur non-refundable 1.4 & 2.75% surcharges respectively.

All apartments receive a daily mini clean, this includes beds made with existing linen, replenishment of amenities, towel replacement, rubbish removed, and the dishwasher turned on. If you have booked a stay for 7+ nights you will also receive a full clean mid-stay including linen replenishment, kitchen/bathroom surfaces wiped down and floors vacuumed/moped as required.

PARKING is non-inclusive and STRICTLY ONE CAR SPACE PER UNIT. Street parking is available for additional cars. Please be advised Britannia Ave operates a 3-hour parking limit between 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. There are no restrictions outside these hours and on Wee
