Cancellation Policy
Payment of the full Booking Amount is required to confirm and secure a Booking and constitutes the Guests acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A refundable damage deposit of $300 applies to all Bookings.
Due to the limitations of the Studio, only 1 pet is allowed, and a pet fee of $30 per stay applies.
$60 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
