All flight and tour times are approximate
As a general guideline, the maximum combined passenger weight for our R44 aircraft is 250kg. If the total passenger weight exceeds this limit, please contact us prior to confirming the booking. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate by adjusting fuel loads to meet weight and balance requirements; however, any bookings over 250kg must be discussed and approved by phone in advance.

Cancellation of Scenic Flights and Tours:
Cancellation of scenic flights and day tours up to 48 hours prior to departure - no charge.
Cancellation of scenic flights and day tours less than 48 hours prior to departure - 50% of flight cost charged.
No show – 100% of flight cost
Any flight cancelled by Frontier Tours will not incur a cancellation charge, and every endevour will be made to reschedule the flight to another time to suit passengers' availability.
Frontier Tours will not be made liable for any costs associated with airfares, accommodation or any other costs incurred due to helicopter flights which do not proceed as booked.
